We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Homecare Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified caregivers, home health aides (HHAs), and nurses to meet our growing client needs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality services through effective staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, schools, etc.)

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified caregivers and nursing staff

  • Verify certifications, references, background checks, and compliance with all state and federal requirements

  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes for new hires

  • Collaborate with scheduling, HR, and case management teams to ensure staffing needs are met promptly

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs

  • Monitor caregiver retention and recommend strategies for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in healthcare, preferably in homecare or a related industry

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
