Customer Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Outreach: Reach out to potential clients across the US using provided scripts to introduce our offer and directly book them onto our closers' calendars.
  • Lead Management: Manage ongoing lead engagement via SMS, DMs, and email, handling objections, answering questions, rescheduling, and pushing conversations toward booked calls.
  • CRM Ownership: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring outreach is logged, follow-ups are tracked, and no lead is left behind.
  • Calendar Coordination: Ensure our sales calendar is consistently booked with qualified, well-prepared leads. Handle reschedules and no-show reduction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in outreach or scheduling processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent, confident on cold calls and polished in writing.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, no lead or task falls through the cracks.
  • Comfortable using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Loom, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsive during EST working hours (9 AM-5 PM preferred).
