Job Title: Product Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Development Manager to lead our product strategy, supplier management, technical support, and purchasing efforts. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of our products and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the product lifecycle from sourcing and technical setup through launch, documentation, inventory forecasting, and restocking.
  • Serve as the internal go-to expert for all product-related questions and provide training to internal teams.
  • Manage and grow the catalog by owning accuracy and documentation across product listings, monitoring performance and customer feedback, and identifying gaps for new product additions.
  • Forecast demand and ensure inventory levels meet business needs by placing purchase orders, following up with suppliers, and managing delivery timelines.
  • Track supplier performance, including costs, responsiveness, and quality, and support inventory planning and purchasing adjustments with the operations team.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, engineering, or catalog operations.
  • Familiarity with flow control, automation, or mechanical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and spec sheets.
  • Comfortable speaking with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
