Job Title: Account Retention Specialist
">About the RoleThe primary objective of this position is to manage and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include working closely with sales teams, professional services, technical support, and sales operations to identify and resolve customer issues.
Main Responsibilities- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with customers to foster retention and loyalty.
- Manage complex software quoting and licensing expertise to drive business growth.
- Understand and analyze Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Annual Contract Value (ACV), and Total Contract Value (TCV) revenue models to inform strategic decisions.
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate directly with sales teams to drive expansions and increase revenue streams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Sales Engineer required.
- Strong knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices essential for success in this position.
