Drive Operational Efficiency by Harnessing the Power of Automation

We're seeking an experienced Operations Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our automation efforts, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, connecting systems, and empowering teams to work smarter.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflows, and implement process improvements.
  • Design and build automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.
    • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).
    • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
    • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
    • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
    • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python).

Key Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
