Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and optimize our marketing automation initiatives across the organization.
This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing campaigns that drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns.
- Manage and enhance data workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
- Maintain database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
