We're seeking a Marketing Automation Strategist to manage and optimize our marketing workflows, ensuring smooth automation of email, SMS campaigns, pipelines, and lead management systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in automation tools like GoHighLevel (GHL).

Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Set up and maintain automated pipelines to streamline lead nurturing and sales processes.
  • Work within GoHighLevel (GHL) to create workflows, triggers, and CRM automations.
  • Handle basic coding (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript) for email templates and minor automation customizations.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing automation, email/SMS marketing, or CRM management.
  • Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) and other automation tools.
  • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for email and automation customizations.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize marketing campaigns.
