Job Role: Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will oversee your team's daily operations, serving as a point of escalation for issues outside an agent's authority. You will collaborate with the Client Experience Manager and People Manager to identify growth opportunities for team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Performance Quality Management: Monitor and assess team performance, providing timely feedback and coaching.
  • Logistics: Ensure team members' needs are met, recommending improvements to tools and processes.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with the People Development Manager to develop comprehensive training plans and foster a positive company culture.
  • External Communications: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, implement policies, and contribute to customer support development.
