Operations Management Role

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization, overseeing the smooth execution of daily operations and ensuring optimal efficiency across all teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Streamline processes to boost productivity and ensure seamless operation
  2. Collaborate with senior executives to develop strategic operational plans aligned with business objectives
  3. Analyze current procedures and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  4. Formulate and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals
  5. Lead and mentor the operations team, promoting alignment with company values and performance standards
  6. Drive efficiency through effective leadership and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  7. Maintain exceptional quality standards

Requirements & Skills:

  1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO setting or similar role
  2. Demonstrated expertise in organizational effectiveness and operations management
  3. Familiarity with databases and MS Office software
  4. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with effective communication at all levels
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Computer with minimum 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent
