Job Overview

As a recruitment specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting skilled healthcare professionals with patients and families who rely on them.

You will be responsible for screening candidates, moving fast when needs arise, and ensuring each placement is ready to hit the ground running. You must understand the urgency of healthcare hiring and thrive in a role where every filled position means someone gets care they need.

The ideal candidate will not only recruit but also care about fit, timing, and getting it right. Whether coordinating interviews, sourcing hard-to-find candidates, or supporting background checks and compliance tasks, your work directly impacts patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via HelloHire or similar tools
  • Utilize platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Recruited for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates
  • Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once
  • Able to source creatively using social media, job boards, and AI tools
  • Experience with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup
