Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and hiring, with experience in sourcing and attracting top talent. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for manufacturing roles.
  2. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR, and TA teams.
  3. Create and post job adverts that showcase the company's brand and values.
  4. Source and headhunt suitable candidates, screen applicants, and present shortlists to relevant decision-makers.
  5. Guide Hiring Managers through the shortlist and manage the candidate journey with a professional approach.
Requirements
  • Japanese talent acquisition experience is essential.
  • Experience hiring for roles in the manufacturing space is critical; highlight this on your application.
  • Fluency in Japanese is beneficial; English proficiency is required for global communication.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Experience in scale-up environments recruiting on a multi-national basis is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable full-lifecycle recruiting experience in-house and/or with an agency.
  • Strong ability to sell value proposition, negotiate, and close candidates.
