Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, possess a strong work ethic, and have prior administrative experience.

The primary responsibility of the Administrative Support Specialist is to be organized, able to prioritize tasks, complete them efficiently, and support the Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication with stakeholders
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports and presentations as assigned
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office manager
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and other software applications
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
