Professional Training Services Coordinator

We are seeking a professional who can help enhance the communication skills of corporate employees across various industries.
As a trainer, you will have the opportunity to conduct live video training sessions online and work with business professionals and executives from highly-specialized fields.
Responsibilities- Deliver live video training sessions to 1 learner or to a group per session;
- Write detailed reports on each training session;
Our ideal candidate is passionate about training and has excellent communication skills in Japanese and English. If you are comfortable using online platforms in teaching and willing to learn, we encourage you to apply for this role.
Requirements- College degree is required.
- At least 3 years of corporate experience and/or 1 year of adult teaching experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (oral and written).
- Comfortable in using online platforms in teaching.
- Fluency in other languages is a plus.
- Editing and/or proofreading is an advantage.
- Energetic, pleasant, and engaging personality.
- Open-minded and willing to learn.
