Job Title: Operations Manager

This is a managerial position responsible for supervising and training staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development
    • Design and implement standard training materials and tools.
    • Establish training KPIs and monitor the training management system.
    • Provide data-driven insights to improve the training process.
  • Staff Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance improvement schemes.
    • Coach and counsel training team members to enhance their skills.
    • Manage staff attendance and delegate training tasks effectively.
  • Training Needs Identification
    • Analyze challenges encountered during training and identify areas for improvement.
    • C coordinate with relevant teams to address unsatisfactory customer service or call handling practices.
    • Develop a library of technical and soft skills training modules and curriculums.
  • Logistics and Coordination
    • Ensure efficient distribution, use, and tracking of training materials.
  • Performance Reporting
    • Consolidate special skills and training reports.
    • Review post-training evaluations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Planning and Scheduling
    • Develop a calendar detailing training types offered and delivered.
    • Maintain a learning-conducive environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from any institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience in management and training roles.
