Strategic HR Technologies Leader

The role of the Strategic HR Technologies Leader involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of HR technologies, such as HRIS, platforms, employee portals, intranet sites, websites, mobile apps, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for HR digital experience, aligned with business goals and employee needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation, improve visuals and user experience navigation.
  • Partner with the People team and other departments to develop and implement web and mobile initiatives that enhance the employee E2E process from Recruitment to Offboarding.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of people digital workplace tools.

As the Strategic HR Technologies Leader, you will play a key role in streamlining processes, improving communication, and increasing our employee experience using digital tools and resources in their daily jobs.
