About the Role

You will work as part of a team of professionals, assisting in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the team in building client relationships, developing proposals, and delivering presentations.
  • Delivering HR consulting engagements in transformation, process improvement, operating models, talent management, and organisation design.
  • Supporting change management initiatives, including system migration and finance projects.
  • Developing communications and training programs to support change initiatives.
  • Contributing to thought leadership and research activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR Analyst, HR Business Partner, or similar roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of training development, project management, and HR transformation projects.
  • Experience with systems, tools, and technology, including SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidates will have experience in supervisory and stakeholder management, familiarity with transformation, and proficiency in using SAP and other relevant systems and tools.
