
Remote Disaster Relief Customer Service Representative

Are you looking for a unique opportunity to make a difference in disaster relief efforts?
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Disaster Relief Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will have the chance to provide exceptional customer service and support to those affected by natural disasters.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to type quickly and accurately. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenging situations.
This is a temporary, remote position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You must be willing to work on an as-needed basis, with hours of operation from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, and shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities:- Assist customers with service inquiries
- Learn the common requests and solutions
- Improve the customer's experience
- Utilize our service techniques and systems
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
