
Disaster Relief Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team as a Disaster Relief Call Center Representative. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences during disaster relief efforts.
As a call center representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible support and guidance during this critical time.
This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Utilize our account management systems to provide accurate and efficient solutions
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
