Job Description:The Disaster Relief Call Center Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with service inquiries, learning common requests and solutions, and improving the customer experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, fully engaged, and dedicated to their work, with excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- HMO plus dependent and dental coverage
