
Remote Disaster Relief Contact Center Representative

We are seeking individuals to join our team of remote contact center agents in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.
As a contact center agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with service inquiries and improving their experience during a difficult time.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong customer focus.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Learn and apply our account management systems
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution
- Utilize our service techniques and systems to meet customer needs
- Evaluate and escalate customer issues to proper channels
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Reliable with regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious)
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team and customers
