
Remote Disaster Relief Customer Service Representative

We are seeking agents to work as needed in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, apply the latest techniques, and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customers experience during a difficult time.
Candidates accepted for this role will be contacted on an as-needed basis. Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Learn common requests and develop effective solutions
- Improve the customer experience by applying best practices and innovative techniques
- Utilize our service techniques and systems to deliver results-oriented solutions
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels when necessary
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills essential
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately required
- Basics knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems preferred
- Highly reliable with strong attendance and punctuality records
- Able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues effectively
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Customer service oriented with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team orientation and customer focus essential
- Able to thrive in an environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
