Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead our global DDQ team activity and serve as the first point of contact for regional Relationship teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring appropriate assignment of all proposal activity, assigning the correct writer, and providing the appropriate level of review. They will drive strategic initiatives defined by the global proposal team head, work across the team and the global group, and escalate matters arising from proposals to resolution.

They may work directly on significant proposals and provide support to global proposal projects. They will mentor, coach, and develop junior team members and offer guidance to offshore teams. They may be assigned projects to drive forward, leading from start to finish with minimal supervision.

They will ensure collaboration with the database group to create, maintain, improve, and enhance content as value-add materials.
