Key Responsibilities

  1. Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge is essential for this role.
  2. Responsibility of accurately handling processing/transaction requirements.
  3. Focuses on presales support such as proposal support and inventory review.
  4. This may involve new contracts and/or expanding or managing existing client relationships.
  5. Typical responsibilities include resolving client issues and working with teams to support delivery of products to clients world-wide.
  6. Maintain and disposition new field inventory and related processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented.
  • Candidate must be a Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to analyze information, trends, root cause.
  • Highly organized and excellent in time management.
