Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled proposal development specialist to lead our team in creating tailored solutions for enterprise and B2B clients. This role requires strong writing and project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical content.

Responsibilities
  • Review client requests and tailor responses to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical information and develop persuasive proposals.
  • Manage timelines to ensure timely submissions and maintain a repository of case studies and templates.
  • Track proposal success and improve processes to drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 2 years of experience in B2B proposal or bid management.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals that drive results.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with proposal tools and software is a plus.
