Proposal Coordinator Role Summary

A key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing proposals across various business sectors.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal coordination, scheduling, editing, and production. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Presentation, is essential. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the pursuit team to build bid plans and schedules.
  • Review bid documents and create a proposal template based on the requirements of the RFP document.
  • Update, reformat, and/or rebrand MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and InDesign documents.
  • Assist with data capture for the sales support database.
  • Create and maintain databases of project experience, standard proposal questions, and text and images.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
