The Compliance Lead focuses on developing and implementing a comprehensive program to effectively manage compliance against obligations in complex Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) Services delivery contracts. This role enforces policies and planning programs to ensure compliance. Additionally, it will maintain detailed records of all company contracts, allowing them to manage contractual issues, disputes, and negotiations. It ensures organization functions follow all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Responsible for organization and implementation of compliance audits. Performs or manages daily compliance risk identification, inspection and reporting. Supports the development and implementation of both domestic and international preventative measures and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain a framework to ingest, assign ownership, track and report on contract compliance Drive corrective action plans as necessary Create, modify, update and implement policies to support compliance adherence Develop risk management strategies Liaise with Client Executives and Delivery Executives to ensure that all
