Job Description


Accounting and Financial Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for managing claims-related financial operations within the IT sector.


  1. Track and reconcile marketing claims, vendor reimbursements, and promotional budgets.
  2. Record marketing-related financial transactions in ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  3. Assist in forecasting and budget planning for marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Credit Management, preferably in IT Distribution or Supply Chain.
  • Experience handling large receivables and complex reconciliations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Willing to work on mid-shift (EMEA time zone) and 10+ RTO days per month.
