Technical Support Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to fill a dynamic customer-facing role. This position requires technical expertise combined with clear, empathetic communication to resolve complex issues.

  • Escalated support tickets through various channels to support customers effectively.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using internal tools, logs, and APIs to identify root causes.
  • Ensure customers follow responsible texting practices and their data is protected.
  • Take ownership of escalations from start to finish, providing clear updates until resolution.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams when deeper investigation or fixes are needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of experience in live chat technical support for a software/SaaS platform.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with persistence in finding answers.
  • Excellent English language skills, with secondary languages a plus (Spanish a bonus).
  • Ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working across teams, departments, or multiple brands to solve customer issues.
