Senior Technical Professional

This is a key position for an experienced technical expert. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing contact center solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Genesys Cloud CX Contact Center and other unified communication platforms, with experience in complex configuration programming changes and technical consultation support.

The role requires strong technical skills, including knowledge of APIs, TCP/IP, and Session Initiation Protocol. Experience working with ITIL model of service delivery and supporting global customers in a 24/7 environment is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX Contact Center and other UC platforms.
  • Provide high-level technical consultation support to customers across the globe.
  • Work with stakeholders and partners to deliver end-user installations, configuration, and programming changes.
  • Deliver process training and technical knowledge transfer to internal and external teams.
  • Create job aids and MOPs for internal team members and customers.
  • Implement and demonstrate solutions remotely or on-site.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8+ years of Genesys Cloud experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in any other telephony platform.
  • Strong understanding of Genesys products and multiple use cases for various industries.
  • Ability to create private and public SIP trunks with multiple carriers and third-party ACDs.
  • Experience working in a PCI and HIPAA environment.
  • Knowledge of APIs, software architecture, integration capabilities, and data models.
  • Understanding of ITIL model of service delivery and SLAs.
  • Ability to support global customers in a 24/7 environment.
