We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial professional to join our internal finance team. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations for at least three portfolio companies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain full-cycle accounting for multiple portfolio companies across various industries.
  • Record journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Support audits and tax preparation processes in coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to process and manage financial data across client entities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills, experience across multiple industries, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or progress toward CPA preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-client or multi-entity environment.
