Job Title: Financial Professional

As a skilled financial professional, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to inform business decisions.
  • Lodge BAS, IAS, and GST reports in compliance with ATO regulations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the preparation of income tax returns for businesses and individuals to provide expert advice and support.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and accounting standards (AASB, IFRS) to maintain high standards of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Improve financial processes and internal controls to increase efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field to provide a solid foundation in financial principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Australian accounting experience to demonstrate expertise and knowledge.
