We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Assistant to support our business.
This role involves providing expert advice on financial planning and wealth management, as well as collaborating with our team to identify appropriate investment strategies based on client needs and goals.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong English communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Data entry and maintenance of CRM client information
- Researching existing clients' products and presenting findings to our advisers
- Assisting in creating reports from CRM and provider portals
- Formatting and drafting emails and customer correspondence
This role requires the ability to effectively manage your time independently throughout the workday and maintain accurate records of client information.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail and ability to think independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools
