Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Financial Planning Analyst. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving financial models, analyzing financial results, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or related field, with 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning. They should also possess advanced Excel skills and be proficient in accounting software for GL and transactional data.

About the Role:

  • Maintain and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes using Planful.
  • Partner with department heads to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance.
  • Extract and reconcile financial data from Sage and Planful for variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis.
  • Assist with Board reporting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
  • Strong proficiency with FP&A tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with accounting software for GL and transactional data.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
