Job Title

As a senior team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our merchant portfolio.

This includes engaging with premium merchants to ensure timely delivery of services in assigned areas.

You will also meet sales targets by promoting various payment solutions and financial products.

In addition, you will be responsible for enabling new business lines, promoting the brand, and tracking grievances.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to navigate ambiguity, and have a passion for working in a fast-growing firm.

We are looking for self-starters who can take ownership of their work and articulate complex solutions to novice customers.

The successful candidate will also have good sales and negotiation skills, as well as experience in fintech or a related field.

Furthermore, honesty and trustworthiness are essential virtues for this role.

Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation preferred.
