We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our growing team in Davao City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, ensuring that all departmental goals and company objectives are met. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment while acting as a key link between team members and senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve and exceed performance targets and quality standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows, ensuring efficiency and seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Handle escalated issues and conflicts, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of team efforts with broader company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the technology or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with relevant project management or CRM software.
