Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Real Estate Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, finance, or accounting and possess advanced Excel modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly funding reports and monthly liquidity statements summarizing multifamily market performance.
  • Monitor quarterly loan compliance reporting, analyzing variance data for ground lessees.
  • Generate Yardi reports requested by Asset Managers, Property Managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage loan financing and refinancing activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely closing.
  • Collaborate with senior finance managers to review budgets, prepare annual financial plans, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Identify replacement properties, calculate deferred tax gains/losses, and update property tax bases for 1031 exchanges.
  • Support acquisitions and dispositions teams, reviewing due diligence requirements and closing documents.
  • Compile summary reports on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and 1031 exchanges, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and review LoanBoss information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Latin honors degree (cum laude or better) from a reputable university.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills and strong quantitative abilities are essential.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while functioning effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong desire to succeed and grow professionally within an entrepreneurial real estate investment group.
