Job Role

We seek a seasoned Real Estate Professional to lead the sales process from inception to closure. Key responsibilities include lead generation, client support in buying and selling properties, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Transaction Management: Crafting offers and working with MLS listings
  • Marketing Strategy: Leveraging constant contact and Canva for promotional purposes
  • Transaction Coordination: Utilizing Google Sheets for data management
  • CRM Data Analysis and Entry
  • Lead Generation through Networking, Referrals, and Digital Marketing
  • Supporting Clients in Buying and Selling Residential and Commercial Properties
  • Conducting Property Tours, Market Analyses, and Client Consultations
  • Negotiating Offers, Drafting Contracts, and Overseeing the Closing Process
Requirements:
  • Valid Real Estate License (Broker or Agent)
  • Proven Experience in Real Estate Sales and Transaction Management
  • Strong Knowledge of Local Real Estate Market, Contracts, and Regulations
  • Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Handle Multiple Transactions and Deadlines Effectively
