Job Title: Real Estate Lead Generator

This is a unique opportunity to excel in the field of real estate as a lead generator.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of prospects from various lead sources.
  • Engage with leads interested in purchasing properties, assessing their needs and interest levels.
  • Coordinate appointments for real estate agents and brokers.
  • Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and calls using a CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on engagement efforts and key metrics and observations.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Cold Caller or Sales-related role.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 level).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency with current technologies like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy attitude.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Good understanding of local real estate market trends.
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
