Real Estate Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the central hub for client-agent communications, document processing, and marketing efforts, ensuring smooth execution of every stage in the real estate transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyer and seller inquiries via phone or email, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Schedule meetings, inspections, and follow-ups between clients and agents while maintaining a coordinated calendar, ensuring timely communication and efficient project management.
- Update and maintain transaction tracking systems throughout the property sales cycle, providing accurate and up-to-date information to stakeholders.
- Draft, format, and proofread contracts, listing agreements, and other real estate documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and industry regulations.
- Ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws and industry regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Assist in creating marketing materials to promote listings, leveraging creative skills and attention to detail to drive results.
- Manage and update online property listings and social media channels, showcasing properties in the best possible light and engaging with potential clients.
- Support coordination of virtual tours, open houses, and digital promotional campaigns, utilizing technology to enhance the home buying experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting US and UK real estate markets, demonstrating expertise and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year of real estate cold calling experience, preferably in the AU/NZ market, showcasing strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM & transaction tools such as Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- C1-level English fluency (written and verbal), ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
