Job Opportunity:

Customer Service Specialist

This role involves interacting with customers through various communication channels. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support and resolving routine issues related to our products or services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery that meets contractual Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs')
  • Clarify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, while demonstrating empathy and building rapport
  • Maintain knowledge of our products and services
  • Prepare accurate work records and document customer interactions as required
  • Participate in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products or services where applicable
  • Track and document information in our call tracking system
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to relevant materials or more senior staff members

Requirements:

  • Courteous and strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent computer navigation skills and PC proficiency
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changes quickly, and work independently or as part of a team
  • Patient and professional demeanor in all customer interactions
  • Flexibility to rotate shifts as needed
