Position: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Baguio City

Work Arrangement: Onsite 100%

Shift: Night Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Provide night shift technical support via online chat and phone to U.S. and European customers, with a focus on xTool's laser cutting and engraving products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, accurately document issues, and deliver timely, effective solutions.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to ensure complete resolution of service-related concerns.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty

Job Requirements:

· At least 6 months of experience in customer service or support

· Strong verbal and written English communication skills

· Comfortable handling calls, emails, and live chats

· Good problem-solving and active listening skills

· Willing to work night shifts, weekends, or holidays

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Baguio: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
