Logistics Coordinator Role

Eggs Unlimited is a leading supplier of eggs, servicing top retailers and food manufacturers globally. Our vast network connects sellers and buyers in fair market negotiations.

This logistics coordinator position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery and efficient product movement within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of products from various suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation to track inventory levels and monitor order fulfillment.
  • Update records in our database to reflect any changes or discrepancies in shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other departments to facilitate smooth deliveries.
  • Monitor shipments to identify potential delays and implement corrective measures to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Utilize logistics software to track shipments, schedules, and inventory levels.
  • Support logistical planning and implementation to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are critical in identifying and resolving logistical issues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary for this role.
