Senior Digital Community Leader

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to build and scale our digital marketing community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing online communities from scratch and managing multiple platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy to engage our target audience, including discussions, AMAs, events, polls, and member spotlights.
- Foster meaningful engagement by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and amplifying user-generated content.
- Monitor and moderate community spaces to ensure a positive, inclusive, and spam-free environment.
- Analyze growth and engagement metrics to inform community strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community-building efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
- Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members.
- Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to connect with audiences in a friendly yet professional tone.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
