Job Summary

A skilled Construction Planner is sought after to support a growing workload across tender programming, project reviews, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and maintain construction programs for various projects.
  • Provide programming support for tenders, project reviews, and reporting.
  • Analyze project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured program reports for clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support ongoing communication and coordination with stakeholders as needed.

This role requires proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer in the construction industry. A strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing, on-site experience in commercial construction, and proficiency in project programming tools/software are highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and manage time effectively are required.

Work Arrangement & Expectations

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. Successful candidates will be expected to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work, and reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as Independent Contractor).
