Business Operations Director

As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the overall direction and execution of business operations for assigned areas. Your primary focus will be on driving sales and profit growth through effective planning and implementation.

  • Develop and direct area-specific plans to maximize sales and profits, while ensuring consistency in interpretation and achievement.
  • Provide guidance and support to General Managers/ Franchise Partners to optimize their performance and make informed decisions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with cost-control standards and provide actionable feedback to Restaurant Managers.
  • Collaborate with Group Managers/Franchise Partners to set and achieve daily targets and FCPC goals.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of direct reports.
  • Facilitate regular review and analysis of business performance to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in store operations management within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • Proven track record of success in handling franchise operations and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
