Job Opportunity: CRM and WordPress Expert

Are you a detail-oriented individual who excels in administrative tasks? Do you have experience with WordPress website management and customization?

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a CRM and WordPress expert, where you will be responsible for streamlining administrative operations and web functionality. You will work closely with our team to customize Salesforce, manage WordPress forms and pages, and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and customize WordPress layouts
  • Customize and manage Salesforce workflows and dashboards
  • Assist with client follow-ups and scheduling meetings
  • Generate invoices and receipts, and maintain basic bookkeeping records
  • Coordinate between departments for task updates and completion
  • Identify opportunities for automation using tools like Make.com or Zapier
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of WordPress website management and customization
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with Make.com or Zapier is a strong advantage
  • At least 2 years' experience in executive or virtual assistance
  • Excellent communication skills and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
Technical Skills:
  • WordPress (Forms, Plugins, Page Editing)
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
  • Basic bookkeeping or invoicing tools
  • Automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier – optional)
