Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing custom WordPress websites, as well as providing exceptional technical support and guidance to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining complex WordPress sites, ensuring seamless integration with client branding and visual identity. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom WordPress websites using themes, plugins, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript/jQuery, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
  • Customize existing WordPress themes, plugins, and functionality to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with their branding and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance and support, and communicate project progress, milestones, and timelines effectively.
  • Manage and update website content, including images, text, multimedia elements, and other assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance user experience and improve search engine rankings.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors in websites, perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance tasks to ensure website security and stability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a WordPress Web Developer, including front-end design and back-end configuration and management, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, and graphics editing and optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of design elements and adherence to project requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client needs, and provide technical guidance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
