Key Role: Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

This vital position plays a crucial part in driving the digital marketing operations of an organization.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a range of digital tools and platforms, including HubSpot, WordPress, and Zapier.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: Publish and update website and blog content using WordPress or other Content Management Systems.
  • SEO Optimization: Execute on-page SEO basics and maintain high-quality content hygiene to ensure optimal search engine rankings.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate content calendars and updates through Asana to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Integration Management: Connect and manage various digital tools and platforms, including HubSpot and Google Analytics, to support basic CRM workflows.
  • Automation Building: Build and maintain automations and integrations via Zapier to streamline business processes.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy, field mapping, and list/segment maintenance to guarantee reliable insights.
  • Performance Analysis: Run and maintain SEO/keyword and performance reporting in SEMrush to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Publish workflows when applicable and produce/update dashboards in Looker Studio and Google Analytics to inform stakeholders.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor key metrics, flag anomalies, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Documentation and SOPs: Update and maintain campaign details, assets, and tracking links, as well as coordinate tasks and timelines in Asana and communicate updates via Slack.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (admin/basic workflows), SEMrush, and Zapier.
  • Technical Skills: Technical skills in WordPress, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio/Data Studio for dashboarding and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Technical expertise in HubSpot admin basics, WordPress CMS, SEMrush, Zapier, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio/Data Studio.
  • Operational Skills: Operational skills in meticulous QA, documentation, organization, and task prioritization, as well as process-driven approaches with clear clarity.
  • Personal Attributes: Personal attributes of proactive communication, dependability, adaptability to evolving tools, eagerness to learn, calmness under deadlines, and collaboration in a remote team environment.
