Senior WordPress Support Specialist

Are you a skilled technical expert passionate about delivering top-notch customer support? We're seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complex technical issues effectively.

  • Job Description:

  • We're looking for a highly knowledgeable and skilled professional with extensive experience in WordPress and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of WordPress ecosystem and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Key Skills & Qualifications:
    • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with WordPress, including in-depth knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem
    • Proficient in creating well-structured HTML documents and implementing CSS from simple to more complex techniques
    • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues using WP Debug, browser console errors, and other debugging tools
    • Experience working with custom hooks and filters, as well as page builder plugins, theme builders, and SEO plugins
    • Skilled in optimizing WordPress websites according to Google Core Web Vitals and Page Speed Insights
    • Ability to create custom WordPress plugins and themes from scratch
    • Experience with WooCommerce and setting up local environments, staging sites, and site migration
    • Familiarity with common web hosting stacks, such as cPanel, NGINX, Apache, MySQL, etc.
    • Proficient in command-line operations (SSH), including WP-CLI
