We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a CRM Data Analyst position in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, data analysis, or a similar role and be proficient in tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and analyze the accuracy and completeness of CRM data through meticulous cleansing and updating.
  • Conduct reviews of historical databases to validate the relevance of past inquiries.
  • Develop detailed reports on database health, lead potential, and actionable insights for the sales team.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, especially sales and marketing, to deliver well-researched leads and enable them to focus on high-value opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in CRM systems or data analytics tools are a plus.
